PE Partnership to Spur Vet Growth

VetCor, an operator of U.S. veterinary hospitals, now enjoys backing by two private equity firms (Harvest Partners and Cressey & Company) as it continues its growth spurt.  VetCor, one of the few platforms in the veterinary services space, currently manages 137 veterinary hospitals across 19 states.  Dan Adams, CEO & President, will continue to lead the company.   >>Read more

Athletico Partners with Harvest

For their next phase of growth, Athletico can rely on Harvest Partners.  The private equity firm recently announced their investment in Athletico, the Chicago-based physical therapy business with 80 clinics throughout Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin.   >>Read more

AxelaCare is Moving On Up

AxelaCare, a 2013 acquisition of Harvest Partners, is moving on up into the Top 5 of home infusion companies.  With the recent acquisition of SCP Specialty Infusion* (SCPSI) from Shore Capital Partners, the company will double its pharmacy network.  SCPSI's pharmacy and infusion center locations span Arizona, New Mexico, California, Colorado and Oregon complementing AxelaCare's Southwest, Midwest and East Coast market coverage. Year end sales for the merged companies (AxelaCare and SCPSI) are projected to exceed $200M. >>Read more

AxelaCare Finds Harvest Home

Founded in 2008, AxelaCare has been on a quick pace to becoming one of the country’s leading home infusion therapy providers.  Therapies provided range from immune globulin (IG) therapy to antibiotics and nutrition therapy.  Investment from Excellere Partners in 2010 aided AxelaCare’s innovation and tremendous growth - 30-40% per year.
AxelaCare’s management team and New York-based Harvest Partners, LP recently completed the acquisition of the company from Excellere.  Harvest’s senior managing director, Ira Kleinman noting, 
“The company’s [AxelaCare] investment in processes, technology and people has led to an efficient, scaleable model with opportunity for continued growth as a larger share of the population seeks access to these vital services.”
